Clout Blueprint Review AI

These terms govern your use of Clout Blueprint Review AI ("the Service"), provided by Clout Blueprint Marketing. The Service drafts automated, AI-generated replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile, with optional SMS notifications when a reply is waiting for your approval.

SMS consent and optional participation

Clout Blueprint Marketing's review management service does not require SMS opt-in to function. Clients using automatic reply publishing receive no text messages. Clients who choose to enable manual approval of replies may optionally provide a phone number to receive SMS notifications when a reply is awaiting their review. This SMS notification feature is entirely optional and separate from the core subscription service. Clients can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP without affecting their subscription or access to the platform.

SMS program terms

• Message frequency will vary based on review volume — you'll only receive a message when a reply is waiting for your approval.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving approval texts, you can remove your notification number in your dashboard, or reply STOP from your phone.

Subscription terms

• The Service costs $79.99 per month, per business location.
• Billing is monthly and recurs until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime.
• After cancellation, your access to the Service continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be free of errors, that any particular review outcome will result, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing replies before they are posted when approval mode is enabled, and for the content of replies posted on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clout Blueprint Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
