Information we collect

When you use Clout Blueprint Review AI, we collect the following information:

• Your business name and contact email address.
• Your phone number — optional, and only collected if you choose manual approval of replies so we can text you when one is waiting. It is never required to sign up, subscribe, or use the service.
• Data from your connected Google Business Profile, including your profile information and the reviews customers leave on it.
• The content of customer reviews on your Google Business Profile, which we use to draft replies.
• Billing information handled by our payment provider.

How we use your information

• To generate and post AI-written replies to reviews on your Google profile.
• To send you SMS notifications when a reply is waiting for your approval, including a link to review, edit, approve, or reject it.
• To manage your subscription and process monthly billing.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your business information, review data, and reply history for as long as your account is active, so the service can operate and so you have a record of replies posted on your behalf. If you cancel, your data is retained for a limited period in case you reactivate.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing cloutblueprintmarketing@gmail.com. We will remove your business information, stored reviews, replies, and message logs, and disconnect your Google Business Profile.
